Reasons to use a coach to start off 2022

Inevitably as the year draws to a close people start to reflect on what they’ve achieved. And after the reflections come the resolutions!

The most common resolutions in the UK according to Statista are exercising more and eating more healthily.

Yet according to research conducted by Strava (the world’s largest community of athletes), most people give up these resolutions by mid-January. Following the research and insights into global users’ activity trends, the 19th January was dubbed ‘Quitters Day’.

Forbes explored how people can stick to their resolutions. These include: setting small goals, documenting and marking your progress, rewarding yourself and holding yourself accountable.

This is where coaching can come in. Whether you are a resolution setter or you would just like to make some changes in 2022, coaching can help.

Below is an infographic to show how coaching can support you in sticking to your resolutions or improving your wellbeing. Hopefully by the time you get stuck into 2022, you’ll have started to make all of the positive changes you had hoped to make in the New Year.
