Having lived in Brazil, USA and UK with over 14 years experience including senior management roles in corporates and non-profits, I partner with organisations to boost retention by empowering talent to increase their confidence and performance.

Spending over 14 years in corporate and non-profit sectors, I gained an understanding of the opportunities and challenges people face in the private, public and third sectors. I joined digital media at the start of the digital boom, managed teams and developed a deep understanding of brand marketing. This included building strong client relationships and led on multi-million pound accounts (e.g. Land Rover, ITV, Nestle, Three Mobile, Kimberly Clark).

I joined start up 'Step Up To Serve' - #iwill campaign, which was launched at Buckingham Palace by HRH The Prince of Wales. Throughout my time, I was described as the lynchpin. My priority setting up the organisation was to ensure it ran effectively focusing on a positive culture and personnel development. Partnering with the executive team I effectively managed relationships with leaders across multiple sectors in the UK.

I commenced coaching in 2019 and work across multiple industries. My expertise includes 1:1 executive coaching, and group workshops. I am licensed to use Quantum Endeavors Inpowered Corporate Coach and Quantum 360® products, which have achieved 100% client-company re-engagement and 100% client growth assessed for over 15 years. My preferred approach is to co-develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Individual Coaching

Three or six month 1:1 executive and leader coaching engagements focused on personal and professional development.

Significantly enhance awareness of your strengths, needs and blind spots as perceived by you, your manager, direct reports and peers.

I am based in London and do most sessions by video or telephone depending on preference
