Having lived in Brazil, USA and UK, and drawing on senior leadership experience in both corporates and non-profits, I partner with organisations to help managers and leaders make a powerful impact in their first 100 days of transitioning into a new role. This helps boost retention by empowering talent to increase their confidence, performance and wellbeing.

With over 14 years’ experience across the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors, I developed a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges people face at every level of an organisation. I joined digital media at the start of the digital boom, managed teams and developed a strong understanding of brand marketing. This included building client relationships and leading multi-million pound accounts (e.g. Land Rover, ITV, Nestle, Three Mobile, Kimberly Clark).

I later joined start up 'Step Up To Serve' - #iwill campaign launched at Buckingham Palace by HRH The Prince of Wales. Throughout my time, I was described as the "lynchpin". As Chief of Staff, my priority was to ensure the organisation ran effectively, focusing on building a positive culture, developing people and enabling sustainable impact.  Partnering with the executive team, I managed relationships with leaders across multiple sectors in the UK.

Alongside my coaching and leadership work, I actively volunteer as an International Disaster Responder with REACT, supporting humanitarian operations in crisis zones. I work with Southwark Youth Offending Team as a community panel member and have served as a School Governor Vice Chair. All of these experiences continually deepen my understanding of leadership, resilience and collaboration under pressure - which I bring into my work with clients.

My expertise includes 1:1 leadership & executive coaching, team effectiveness and group workshops. I am trained in Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™), DISC profiling and licensed to use Quantum Endeavors Inpowered Corporate Coach and Quantum 360® products, which have achieved 100% client-company re-engagement and 100% client growth assessed for over 18 years. My preference is to co-develop tailored solutions that strengthen leadership capability, team culture and long-term organisational success.

Individual Leadership & Executive Coaching

Three, six or twelve month 1:1 executive and leader coaching engagements focused on personal and professional development.

  • Helping clients navigate difficult conversations and overcome challenges

  • Increased energy along with more clarity and purposefulness about what to do next

  • Increase in confidence and performance resulting in greater retention

Team Effectiveness Coaching

A series of workshops to improve the effectivenss of teams within an organisation.

Outcomes:

  • Improve effectiveness, communication, performance and cohesion

  • Increase self-awareness and attain greater awareness of the team/individual needs

  • Increase confidence and trust across teams

360 interview based feedback process

Significantly enhance awareness of your strengths, needs and blind spots as perceived by you, your manager, direct reports and peers.

Outcomes:

  • Illuminate an employee's blind spots and increase their self-awareness about areas to develop

  • A clearer understanding of what is working and what is not

  • A clear plan to move forward and improve confidence and performance

Group Coaching

Workshops designed around specific needs to improve confidence and performance at work (e.g. topics > wellbeing, confidence, performance, feedback, coaching skills, managing people)

Outcomes:

  • Develop leadership & managerial skills, competencies and create consistency with ways of working

  • Space to think through and shape next steps to allow for a proper shift in behaviours

  • Increase in confidence, effectiveness and performance 

I am based in London and can do 1:1 sessions in person, by video or telephone depending on preference. Any group/team workshops are online or face to face depending on location and space access.
