What is coaching?

Coaching usually has a descriptor such as 'leadership', 'executive', 'life' or 'career'. This can tell you who it’s for but not what it is. A coach works to improve your cognitive fitness just as a sports coach works on physical fitness.

 

This allows you to know yourself better - what's working well and what could be improved, so you have a better sense of where you are going in your life and make better decisions. As a coach, I can give you a process for self-improvement and help hold you accountable for what you want to do.
