Women's Leadership Transition Programme 2025
A 12-month programme starting January 2025 to accelerate development and empower women in leadership roles across diverse sectors and organisations.
A combination of individual and group coaching will provide participants with targeted support, shared learning and varied perspectives.

Who's this for?
What's involved?
Ideal participants will be:

A senior leadership/management team member or equivalent

Between 2-6 months in the role when starting the programme

Responsible for leading a team or teams within the organisation

Six individual coaching sessions (1-2 hours every 2 months remotely) starting Jan 2025

Six group coaching sessions (2 hours every 2 months in person & remote) starting in Feb 2025
-
Maximum 8 participants, no more than two from the same organisation
