About Me

Having lived across the UK, Brazil and the USA by the age of 10, I learned early on the power of listening to truly understand others. That curiosity about people shaped both my career and my coaching.

I bring experience from leadership roles across the private, public, and non-profit sectors which included being Chief of Staff for a national campaigning charity and Account Director in digital media. Alongside that I also volunteer as a school governor, youth offending team panel member and an international disaster responder with REACT. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the opportunities and challenges people face across society.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained through the Co-Active Training Institute - widely recognised by the International Coaching Federation as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification programs in the industry. I am also trained in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and am a Licensed Quantum Endeavours Inpowered Corporate Coach, a methodology with 100% client-company re-engagement and growth results tracked over 18 years.
